Mars Lamp, one of the Planet Lamp series. There is no paint. Thanks to its 3D modeled reliefs, when a light bulb turned on inside, it gives the silhouette of the Mars. A nice decoration and night lamp in my opinion :) Perfect for astronomy and astrology lovers.
