Printable bushingblock

As i like to play around with OpenSCAD i took the already great lm8 bushings from Triffid Hunter and made a block around it. Also i added a short code to fight the elefantfeet effect my and many other printers are having.

Credits for the whole bushing structure go to triffid_hunter!

_--update 2016-01-25: added some code to print smaller footpring, saved time and material_
If you want to print the larger one for stability purpose, open the scad file and change "housing_small" to false and compile again.
