Original file found on Thingiverse, so all credit goes to guppyk there. I have downloaded the original files and created the 3mf in the profile on my Kobra S1. The profile has been optimised to get a reasonable printed bearing out of it, and there are 2 versions, a lower and higher tolerance one. Depending on your needs and the quality of your printer calibration you can choose whichever works best for you. Printed bearings may just need a little loosing to get all the fine parts unstuck from each other, using a blade or small flat screwdriver, but otherwise are just simply print in place. Each plate has 1 copy of each size bearing on it, delete and clone each one to match your needs. I would recommend using PLA, as I also tried with PETG, but being a bit more resistant to friction wear, I found PETG doesn't loosen up and spin as well as the PLA version did once it was worn in slightly. I would also recommend a dash of lubricant such as ptfe spray for best results. Below is the original description from guppyk on Thingiverse: A set of spherical all purpose roller bearings in five common sizes: 608, 609, 6000, 6002, and 6004. So strictly speaking these are not ball bearings (which are extremely difficult to print) but they serve exactly the same purpose and can run just as smooth. Use for a wide range of applications (filament guides, spool holders, fidget spinners, RC cars, robots, perpetua mobilia...) where you don't need the durability of steel bearings (I fear they won't be any good on your car, skateboard, bicycle...). In my experience they run a lot smoother than (but are not as sturdy as) their steel counterparts. They come in five different sizes, . Measures are inner x outer diameter x width): 608: 8 x 22 x 7 mm (0.31 x 0.87 x 0.28") - which is the counterpart to this one 609: 9 x 24 x 7 mm (0.35 x 0.94 x 0.28") - and its steel counterpart 6000: 10 x 26 x 8 mm (0.39 x 1.02 x 0.31") - its steel counterpart 6002: 15 x 32 x 9 mm (0.59 x 1.26 x 0.35") - its stee
