Needed a small bench top vise that would be reasonably strong and fully printable.

Threaded elements are a pain to print. I didn't want to design where I needed any at all. So, I designed to use either rubber bands or springs. The design uses 1 set of rubber bands to hold the moving jaw to the compression assembly. 1 set of rubber bands holds the compression assembly together. Thereby, applying constant force on the moving jaw. An external offset peg is also available to allow for more force to be added and to fix the jaws open.

I have validated the design in Repetier. It WILL require support material. I used a 4mm spacing to good result. Yes, there was sanding and using a file...

Hope it is useful to someone.
