Here is version 5 of the 3D printable speaker project I've been working on for the last 4 months. I recommend using PLA for all parts except the Spider and the Surround. For the Spider and Surround I recommend using a flexible filament such as TPU, just know that the more flexible the filament is the better.

The sound quality of this speaker is actually quite clear, and sounds like any normal speaker. though due to TPU's flexibility being much more rigid than the foams used in regular speakers, it does tend to be a little on the quiet side (Though still loud enough to fill a large room with good sound!)

For the Speaker wire I found gained the best results with 30 AWG enamel coated copper wire, to be wrapped around the Voice coil core, remember to leave yourself extra wire at the start and end of the coil to connect to later.

The magnets this is designed for are one ferrite ring magnet at 80mm OD 40mm ID and 15mm thick, and one ferrite disk magnet at 30mm OD and 10mm thick.
