Design Concept:I created these clips to attach to the rods of my enclosure to help provide essential lighting. The LED light I used, purchased from Lowe’s (link below), is a 12-inch plug-in light bar that delivers solid brightness (600 lumens), especially helpful when the enclosure flap is closed during printing. I designed the clips in FreeCAD and exported them as STL files. I chose CR-PETG filament for its added flexibility and higher heat resistance. While PLA is also an option, attaching the clips requires more care due to its brittleness—it's easier to snap the part that grips the rod.Print Settings:Creality Hi, 34m22sFilament Weight: 12.64gFilament Length: 4.27mInfill: 45%, RectilinearWall Loops: 5No supports needed.Mouse ears used for bed adhesion and skirt loops to help with initial flow.Assembly:Assembly is straightforward. Press the clips onto the enclosure’s support rods, ensuring you brace the rod and apply a slight angle and gentle pressure. It’s best to do this before attaching the light. Once the clips are mounted, lift the light bar and slide it into the clip ends. For tidier cable management, you can zip-tie the cord along the enclosure’s vertical rods, though I currently leave mine draped for flexibility.LED Light Bar:Utilitech UnderCabinet 12-in Plug-in LED Under Cabinet Light Barhttps://www.lowes.com/pd/Utilitech-12-IN-Hi-Lo-Linkable-Light-Bar/5015018761( I have not tried yet, but the clips might fit the 18in bar as well)3D Printer Enclosure:3D Printer Enclosure with Ventilation Kit, LED Light, Thermo-Hygrometer, Premium Fireproof Dustproof Tent Constant Temperature Protective Cover for Creality Ender 3 V3 SE/KE/Ender 3/3 Pro/3V2/3S1/Neohttps://www.amazon.com/dp/B0CKNZ27ZR?ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_fed_asin_title&th=1
