Almost everyone knows the standard calibration cube. 20 by 20 millimeters. Works pretty good with two problems, it doesn't account for hole calibration as well. Another issue that I have is that it takes quite a while to print. On my printer, the cube takes 41 minutes to print, this takes 11 minutes to print. It also takes a total of 1g of material according to my slicer.
This is a stepped cube with different sizes.
Base plate: 10x15mm
Step 1: 10mm
Step 2: 15mm
Step 3: 20mm
Big hole: 8x8mm
Small hole: 3x3mm
So it provides more measuring angles compared to the cube.
A lot of people leave out hole calibration, which results in the printer not being correctly calibrated, which can be a problem with printing inside threads. There videos and guides available to adjust for this, mostly using horizontal expansion in the slicer. In Cura it's under the walls section.
