Printrbot Play Auto Level Sensor Bracket

So the inevitable happened and one of my very long prints warped, causing the head to crash and snapped the auto leveling sensor bracket. Luckily I managed to get it glued back together to run a few prints.

Being in IT I managed to get a friend from the Drawing Office to do me a 3D file in Solidworks to replace it. (I had just updated all their systems and had it installed for them). Thanks Ian Stratford. One of our 3D gurus. The original was also printed, by the way.

This bracket is a little chunkier, and holds the sensor more tightly. Not a bad thing. It may even get away with not needing the tightening screw.

I was back up and running in under 24 hours. Waiting for the replacement here in the UK could have been frustrating.
