Modified this: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:788358 to work on the PrintRite DIY 3D Printer. After printing in ABS with 100% infill, you'll need to file (or cut with an X-acto blade) some grooves in the main plate next to the lower filament hole to allow the idler wheel to get close enough to pinch the filament against the drive wheel and turn freely. You will also need to remove the original plastic cap on top of the extruder heater tube and adjust the heater tube height to mate up to the bottom of the printed extruder base plate.

Depending on how well tuned your printer is, you may need to clean up and size the holes for a good fit with drill bits.

Edit: I forgot to mention earlier that I ended up drilling out a relief on the back of the heatsink to make room for the idler bearing screw head. I also ground the head of the idler bearing screw down a little bit thinner. I really should have posted this right after making it so I could remember exactly what I did!
