Used in several hospitals in France.
PROFAPLA (french acronym for flat-made face protection) is a face shield system designed to be easily made by several means :
- 3D printing, be it FDM, SLS, MJF, ... ;
- laser cutting ;
- plotter & CNC cutting ;
- and even manual cutting.
Evolutive, it will be upgraded thanks to the feedbacks of users and makers.

PROFAPLA is one of the lightest and fastest face shield to produce and assemble, at 17' printing time on a 0.4 mm nozzle, for 5 grams and max 30 seconds assembly.
The design of PROFAPLA has been created based on precise statistical data of head measurements (dimensions, outlines, shape). It is therefore comfortable to wear and will fit the greatest number of potential users, male or female.
