Profile Sanding Blocks

Get into those hard to reach areas with these handy profile sanding blocks. Can be printed in TPU or PLA. Easy and quick to print, no special settings required. These use 1/8 of a sheet of regular sandpaper. Simply cut your sheet in half. Then take one of those pieces and cut it in half again, then do it one more time time. Use the slicer to control how stiff the sanding block is if you're printing from TPU. 2 walls and 15% infill will give you a nice flexible block. If you want it stiffer, increase to 4 walls and a bit more infill.
