Progressive Tool

Progressive tools are designed for the processing of strip material. This is pushed further through the tool by an upstream uncoiler and a precise strip guide with each stroke. The product is processed consecutively at successive processing stations. 10 Stations tool including Piercing, bending and parting off. This tool is designed by calculation as per standards & tool trailed on press 40 Ton. Note: This is designed in Solidworks 2016
