TIny TAnk with Suspension
Technical data:
Length - 166mm
Height - 97mm
Ground clearance - 24mm
Unladen weight - 515gr with two 18650 and electronics.
Full magnetic suspension
Design speed - 0.37 m/s at 6V
Interchangeble top so you can install your own equipment on it,
e.g. sonar, camera, multiple rocket launcher, mid range cruising missile (Important!!! not suited for long range missile).
To assemble tracks I used 0.9mm piano wire cutted to 20mm pieces. If you have no piano wire (sold in RC shops) you can use paper clips.
To prevent track pins from falling out fill holes with something (I used liquid nails)
Bearings have to sit tight so holes for bearings is pretty tight to. This holes dia is good for me. If they're too small for you post me.
Two versions of BodyBottom included. One is for installation of arduino nano, other (BodyBottomBlank) is for anything you want.
Optional 5x3 and 3x5 magnets are for fine suspension tuning.
