This is a very simple frame I came up with in Solidworks, I printed out two copies, and assembled them using cardboard salvaged from the recycling, I found that having the grain of the cardboard pieces perpendicular to each other added strength to the design. I designed it to hold my little projector on the wall without having to screw anything into the wall. it is intended to be supported by framing nails or in my case picture frame hooks so as to be easy and quick to install while having as little impact as possible, the holes are big enough to hang off a command hook as well which is what I initially intended to do. If you have a #D printer but don't know how to use CAD this might just come in handy in a pinch
