I’ve created a custom propeller designer for anyone who’s struggled with making their own props. It’s a work in progress and not perfect, but it can generate props for racing drones or standard RC aircraft.

Set Blade Length
In the Variables tab, set your blade length first. This is required before editing segments.
Open the Top-View File
Open prop top view to start.
Edit the shape as needed, but do not move or delete the guide lines.
To use a completely new shape, reconnect the lines with the coincident command, keeping their original distances.
Hub shape and dimensions can be adjusted.
Edit Blade Segments
Open the Planes folder → segments 0 to 6 (0.5–5.5).
Each segment folder contains the blade profile (HAV).
Choose or modify the airfoil for each segment.
Adjust Angles & Pivot
In Variables, adjust AOA0–AOA6 for angle of att
