Propane Tank Base

This is a pair of snap-on bases that fit 20 or 30 pound propane tanks. A pair of small projections inside the track align with holes in the bottoms of most tanks and allow them to snap in place. Has an extra-thick bottom to tolerate wear.

I specifically use these on the bottom of the propane tanks for my RV, where the metal tanks and the metal tray they sit in are rubbing together and causing wear and rust.

Printed out of PLA, but will reprint in tough PLA if wear becomes an issue. Softer plastics may not be a good idea if the tanks are sitting on metal or concrete and are moved frequently.

Might want to rotate this 45 degrees to make the most of your print bed space, it's about 7.5" long but the curve will help it fit smaller print beds :)

Added a tall version to help accommodate propane tank remote sensors. Regular version raises tank 3.3mm, tall version raises tank 10.3mm
