A compact, silent, and professional enclosure for the Raspberry Pi 5 running as a Docker server with dual NVMEs. After testing various cases, I wanted something with real purpose: clean design, solid build, and practical airflow. The result is a fully custom slide-in carrier frame that holds the Pi, NVMe HAT, I/O's, and an 80 mm Noctua fan — all neatly aligned with rear-facing ports and magnetic front access. Both the case and fan grill were designed with clean, understated lines. The grill elements vary in size and depth, creating a subtle yet distinctive look that feels refined rather than flashy. The case combines efficient cooling with whisper-quiet operation. A 5 V→12 V step-up converter powers the Noctua fan directly from the Pi’s GPIO, while a discrete tactile power button sits flush at the back.
