I wanted something slightly different.
I found that an end mill or similar was a little too aggressive for trimming the props so I am using a Dremel barrel sander insert. This one uses the standard large barrel sander attachment for the Dremel. It has a slightly shorter bolt length (since that's the bolt that I had on hand) but has plenty of travel for sanding a 3" prop for a Squirt v2.
There is also a guide (designed for standard 3050 tri-blade prop angle-of-attack/pitch) that slides onto the barrel and clicks over the horizontal support. This guide provides support for the propeller so it doesn't deflect away from the sanding barrel. The guide also rotates into position for either right or left rotating propellers.
if you have comments, questions or requests please let me know.
Next Steps:
I may adjust the rotation stops so it's a little more balanced for either propeller - currently the stops are a little more generous on one side than the other, but eno
