I had a few failed prints where am arm or leg would fail to print but the rest of the model was completely fine so I created some fantasy/pulp themed prosthetic to replace the missing limbs with. Should just be a case of scaling to fit and lopping the arm or leg to a flat angle them bam! Hook Hand!
