This is a reverse-engineered model of the controller box for a Protanium e-bike set. Replacement parts are hard to get in the USA, and my controller box broke into many pieces.
It is not quite a drop-in replacement. You will need:
* four (4) longer, M5 55mm bolts
* four (4) M5 nuts. The nuts slip right into the wells on the top piece.
* The original had some brass inserts that were molded into the plastic, which I can't replicate.
* two (2) countersunk M4 6mm machine screws, for the bottom cover. The plastic rivets might still work, but mine broke.
* one (1) standard size -141 o-ring for the gasket groove around the battery connection. The original gasket is glued into the pice. A -141 o-ring will stay in with friction.
* to drill out or tap the holes for the screws in the battery connection cover - pilots are provided.
2019-02-02: deepened the nut wells for the botls to make assembly easier.
2019-01-28: changed nut wells to M5, which is what the originals are.
