I took inspiration from several other designs (including the Prusa design) that ***almost*** worked for me and created this with a better fit and more comfortable width.

This is designed to use a 8.5" x 11" sheet that this 3-hole punched with a standard US 3-hole punch pattern. I have been able to use plastic sheets sold as "report covers" (.007") thick through .040" thick sheets with this design. I use elastic or a few #64 rubber bands for the back of the headband.

This design prints without a brim on my printer but I have included a version with mouse ears if you have trouble with corner adhesion.

I print this with ABS for durability and flexibility.

I have included the Solidworks design files so that you can take and modify.

If you have a Prusa MK3S, you can use the Prusa Slicer projects or the provided gcode files directly. These print in about 2 hours.
