Update 4/2/15: Power tube base now has two mounting holes for each tube. This allows for a PCB slot in the power cell which has also been updated:

Full size, 3D printable versions of the injector tubes from
the Ghostbusters' proton pack.
Based of Steffan Otto's plans at:

Epoxy 2 M6x40mm bolts into the base, with the bolt heads on top
of the two columns of the base. Put glue onto the bolt threads and screw them down into the base until the bolt heads
touch the base itself.
Epoxy the tubes onto the base.
Fit to power cell using large washers and M6 nuts.
