Fit is much better.
Size is correct finally.
I ended up drilling 2 holes through the headband to screw the helmet on for easy removal later when I go to fur it.
Added squared base to Visor after 3 failed print attempts.
Update 10/9: A bit short...looks like a V4 is coming
