Tip/Cap to fit Paul-Reed-Smith guitars' pickup toggle switches.
It's not an exact replica, just an approximation since I didn't have the original or very good reference for that matter.
The slot has a little tolerance baked into it for the printer (0.4 mm each way). For my printer this ends up being very close. For a tight fit, I'd recommend cutting pieces of 7x4.5mm paper to shim into the slot.
