Prusa Flexion Extruder Mount

I'm now printing with it since some days and will never go back to any other flexion mounts. This is ROCK SOLID and works like a charm!

The extruder mount should fit all the popular Prusa's X-Carriages on thinghiverse, it only requires 2x M3 Screws to be attached to the X-Carriage. They are 24mm one from the other so be sure you're carriage has this attachment. In future I'll probably design one.

Two fans are used in this design:
- 1x 30mm fan
- 1x radial 5051 fan

What you will need:
- 3x 15mm M3 screws for material end extruder cooling fans
- 3x 20-25mm M3 screws for material cooling fan mount and extruder plate
- 2x M3 screws of a lenght that fits your X-carriage coming out of it by ~5mm
- 2x 30mm M3 screws
- 3x M3 nuts
