This bracket changes the orientation of the heatbed cable 90 degree to reduce its footprint.
You will need to bend the cable with a considerable force to agle at 90 deg as per the picture. Also you need to unplug the cables from motherboard to be able to put them in that little hole.
It is fully compatible with the lower bracket, so you don't need more parts.
Of course there is a hole for the LED indicator.
