I do print a lot in sequential printing. That means you print multiple parts, but not layer by layer for all parts. Instead you print one part completely and then start to print the next part.
You have to be careful that you don't hit the already printed parts with your printhead.
But in exchange you get some advantages, for example you can cancel a print if one part fails and don't waste the already printed layers for all others.
People also claim that the parts are stronger as the bonding between layers would be better. But I can neither confirm or deny that.

Anyway, what annoyed me always was the cables going out straight to the back from the printhead. This increases the area that you need to clear between parts to avoid any crashes.

In my recent MK3 built with a Titan Aqua Klon this really became a huge problem as the print area is smaller in the Y axis and the Titan Aqua is bigger as the E3D V6 Hotend.

You can read all the details in my blog https://theprusamk3clone.
