Prusa Mk3 Modified Einsy Base

As of tonight this is untested. I'm planning to print it and rebuild my printer soon. Should allow for a better seating of the cable bundle into the einsy case without damaging things.

Added a second version with a little extra guide support for the heat bed cabling. Also increased the hole for the hot end cabling to allow a little bit easier fit.

I finally had time to install the mod last night. Zero problem using the same door, but I reprinted the door anyway to match. The top opening for cables going to the extruder is not tight, but I like how it turned out.
