prusender dual light

this is a remix,

for the ender 3, i left the original prusa fixings as i once transformed a e3v2 into a prusender... but it has multipoint fixures, i've used it tested and working fine.

2 variants 1 for pass thru, and multipul light adapter to lenghen as needed for 6mm and 10mm strip leds
