I recently modified my PS4 CUH-12XXA to accept a 4TB HDD.
(This holder will not fit properly in the "Fat" PS4 model with capacitive buttons, it fits on the model that has actual push buttons for Power and Eject)
Since almost every 2.5'' HDD over 2TB is not 9.5mm thick and instead in the 15mm form factor there are some modifications that need to be done.
To do this you need to cut away part of the shielding and either modify the plastic cover or print a new one (like this one here: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4614212)
The next issue is that the original HDD bracket also can't hold a 15mm HDD.
This Bracket uses the original Screws of the old bracket and even the fancy PS4 Screw. It fits perfectly into the slot and also holds the HDD securely at the correct height for the SATA connector.
If you want to limit vibration, print it out of a flexible material with 4 walls.
This bracket can also be used as a replacement in an unmodified console, if you lost or damage
