This is an enclosure I designed for my Tevo Black Widow, but can be used for any printer with similar components. Recently upgraded the PSU, controller and display, and needed a new enclosure to house them. This enclosure was designed to fit the following components:
+ Mean Well SE-600-24 PSU
+ BIGTREETECH SKR V1.4 Turbo controller
+ Tevo external heat bed mosfet (or similar)
+ BIGTREETECH TFT35 E3 V3.0 display (just a slot for the cable)
+ 40mm fan for controller cooling
+ 20mm round 120v power switch
+ Standard screw mount 3 pin power plug socket
I printed all pieces with 100% infill for strength. Arrange the right/left top/bottom long rail like pieces so that the slots are angled up for easiest printing. No supports were needed on any of the parts.
The larger holes fit M3x4x5 brass threaded inserts (24 total)
Assembly is easiest in this order:
1. Attach PSU to bottom panel
2. Attach controller and heat bed mosfet to control bottom panel
3. Slide bottom rails on to edges of botto
