PTFE Bowden Collet Clips - Assorted Sizes

Title pretty much says it all.

Updated: Made the tab vertical height uniform on all the clips and realized I should provide some tips for printing these successfully. First off I printed them using PETG because it has ABS's durability and PLA's flexibility.

With a 0.4mm nozzle I printed them with a 0.3mm Extrusion Width. Those settings allowed for 2 outer traces and center filler trace as you can see in the slicer's picture.

Layer Height was 0.2mm for the first two layers then 0.10mm for all the rest of the layers. Printing time was little over a half hour.

The First Layer Height and Width were both printed at 100% i.e. neither was increase. Instead I increased the Extrusion Multiplier by 10% for the first two layers. That is at trick I use as a standard operating procedure, I do not increase first layer width or height at all any more.
