PTFE cap with tether Tighter

The source thing (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:5279246) was a little loose on my PTFE tubing.
The PTFE_Cap from https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2849767 was nice and tight, but didn't leave room for a little filament to stick out of the tubing.

Remixed the two to create one that was tighter and had room for a little filament at the end.
