PTFE Tube Connector

3D printed PTFE Connector A simple set of 3 PTFE connectors for cheap and widely available pneumatic/bowden connectors, with thread size of M10 and M6 (PC4-M10 and PC4-M6 type). Use it to extend your PTFE length. This connector is helpful with adding side mounted spool holders for Kobra S1. Tips for making and using this connector: 1. Screw your PC4-M10 and/or PC4-M6 carefuly as the type of thread used for them was not designed for 3D printing so it’s quite fragile. M10 is working fine, but M6 may start angled, especially the one for M6 to M6 from print plate side. Do not force it. Use plyers to straighten metal connector and at some point it will „jump” to the right path. 2. To insert filament smoothly, straighten first 10-15cm of filament before inserting it into PTFE tube. 3. If you choose M6 to M10 connector, install it the way to insert filament from M6 direction.
