Although it is quite rare to see studio microphones (XLR) connected to radio equipment, in reality even the cheapest ones are more than suitable for this purpose. The only limit - the lack of PTT - is easily circumvented with just a few hours of 3D printer.
I have designed and printed this holder, with a comfortable push-to-talk button, and a threaded rod (5/8-27, the standard for microphone stands) to be able to use the support that is normally supplied with microphones.
The microwitch comes from an old PC case, bui is very common and quite simple to buy.
XLR connector must be wired for unbalanced connections, the other end must be adapted to the specific radio.
I used two ballpoint pen springs to improve the elasticity of the button.
