Pull Handles for Cable Ends

A few versions of a small pull handle that fit onto the end of barrel-end brake cable. I used the 6mm cable knarps and brake cables from my local bike shop.
The looped version that require a clasp to crimp the cables will withstand more pulling force.

I used 0.2mm layer heights. Untested with 0.3mm.
