Pulley

Pulley with rotatable suspension / hook attachment, this can freely rotate about its axis (360), and the pulley can rotate in pendulum form. It is easy to disassemble the right sidewall of the pulley, to mount a wire or something similar, this is considering that no possibility to split / remove the wire before mounting on pulley .
