Hey everyone. this is a pulley i designed in tinkercad, very simple, yet very functional.
Parts:
608 ball bearing ( from rollerskate or kickscooter)
2 M8 screws ( upper should be longer if you want to tie it with rope, 37 mm minimum)
2 M8 nuts
3 M8 washers, 15 mm wide, 1.5 mm thick.
3D prints:
Pulley x
Pulley x(1)
Pulley x(2)
And some rope :)
I used rope to fix it to the upper screw, you could buy a metal part for that, i didnt need it. Rope is ok.
I have it tested for 22 kilos. i have two bricks hanging on it for couple hours now.
I plan some more tests tomorrow.
On my printer holes for screws need a bit drilling.
update:
v2 parts have more space to anchor the rope. I anchored it on the screw, its stronger
i've added another 3 kilos so now its 25 hanging outside.
Update 2:
I've put about 30 kilos on one pulley and left it over night like that. withstood.
I have connected 3 now and it works really nice. ill test more weight when im done wit
