Pulley Z-axis with belt tensioner for Hypercube 3D printer.
Parts you need:
Nema 17 Stepper motor
Stepper pulley 16 teeth 6mm wide GT2
Pulley 16 teeth 6mm wide 3mm bore GT2
Belt 6mm wide GT2
One of each printed parts
Screws needed for assembly:
5 x 16mm M3 - For stepper and bottom pulley
1 x 20mm M3 - Belt tensioner
4 x 5mm M3 - Belt tensioner cover
2 x nut M3 - Bottom pulley and belt tensioner
5 x 8mm M4 - Attaching to frame
5 x10mm M4 - Attaching to frame
10 x t nut M4 - Attaching to frame
Marlin firmware configuration:
Change stepper direction if necessary
Change z default axis steps to 100:
