This is to allow you to put a Pullip head on a different body like obitsu or Barbie and severl other types.
On the Pullip head the peg top sits against the post you see in front of this peg I printed. This makes the peg less likely to wobble but it also relies on the body connected to have it’s neck push up tight from below, which works for Pullip bodies. But other bodies may not do this or be too soft to apply pressure to stop wobble, so the lower bit you see on this peg which is 2.5mm lower keeps the Mio head here shown %100 stable, no wobble. So just glue it into another body and it’s good to go.
Now you can print the all in one peg or the add the lower bit and glue it on one. Now this one the peg does not quite touch that screw post on purpose to allow for variances between printers and heads. If you want it to touch you need to glue something like thin leather on top of the peg or just design one, it’s an easy thing to design. But be aware if it is too thick and puts too muc
