Pump Grip for 3D printed Nerf blasters
DESCRIPTION
This is a fore grip for 3D printed Nerf blasters.
Attachment is for Picatinny rail.
DESIGN NOTES
The grip is secured using an M3 Socket hd bolts, as opposed to M4 size which is used on a lot of Picatinny mounted accessories.
It is suitable for typical 3D printed Nerf blaster, either Flywheel or Pump action springers.
3D PRINTING NOTES
The Pump Grip is best printed using PETG at a temp of 240deg, 30% infill settings, Upright with No supports, 2 shells with the Alternate Extra Wall setting on.
For layer height 0.20-0.25mm, 0.25 gives a bit of texture to the grip.
PETG has a stronger layer adhesion and works better than PLA for Picatinny mounted parts in my experience.
Tim.
PARTS REQUIRED
M3 Plain Nuts (2x)
M3x30 Socket Hd Bolt (2x)
