Pump insert

My Ascend bike floor pump insert was breaking. This insert allows the pump to be used for Presta and Schrader valve tires. I use it to pump up my car tires occasionally. So I made a 2 part, glue together replacement. I printed this in ABS at 100%, .3 mm nozzle and .15mm layer height. The parts turned out good, but I had to drill out the holes with a 19/64ths drill (big hole) and 1/16 for the 4 passage holes in the top part. In the small collar, I stuck the collar on a #9 bit in my cordless drill and used a file to clean up the outside so it would fit into the top. Then cleaned out the inside of the collar with that #9 drill. Then I glued them together with just a little epoxy. They work good on my car tires schrader valves and on my bike Presta valves.
