With Halloween around the corner, here's a nice pumpkin/jack-o-lantern bowl.
At it's current size it's just under 250mm in diameter. With 10% infill, 4 walls and .2mm layer height it took 14 hours to print at normal speed on my Bambulab P1S so that should give you an idea of size and girth. I'd use regular supports for the mouth as I used tree supports and one broke while printing the tooth, other than that you should have no problems printing.
