This is press for making onigiri. It is push-trough onigiri mold adopted to prepare onigiri with ½ of nori sheet. It is recommended to start with putting mold on a nori sheetThen put some sushi rice into it and press lightly, next put in filling, cover with rice and press againThe mold should be nearly fullKeep the piston fixed and raise the mold to reveal onigiriFold the rest of the nori and enjoy
