In order to respect your 2019 resolutions, here are handles for unstable equilibrium pump on a spherical surface.

For even more intense muscle work with the spherical surface that causes instability. Improved ergonomics for the benefit of classic hand-ground pumps.

You can also not use the half sphere for less unstable and less physical work.
