Push-up bars for calisthenics

After scooping back my jaw from the floor from the prices in my local gym shops, I decided to design these. I got a 45mm round wooden post in DIY store, cut it into 50cm halves, polished them with 250 and 600 grit sanding paper, rubbed some wax to finish the surface. Printed the parts real thick, 2mm top/bottom, 4mm walls, probably an overkill, but I prefer this way. Bases lock to the posts with M5 - 35 screws with washers to avoid cracking the plastic. The gap is 3mm, which translates to 1mm of diameter flexibility (meaning, it will shrink from 45 to 44mm when fully tightened).
