Pusheen Planetary Gearbox

A Pusheen with a planetary gearbox inside. I made this as a christmas gift. It was made on a Makerbot Replicator 2X with grey ABS, so your settings and results may vary.

Print:
(1) Ring Gear
(1) Gear Carrier
(1) Rear Bar
(1) Crank
(1) Inner Gear
(5) Outer Gears
(5) Gear Backings

Assembly:
1. Insert the gear carrier into the ring gear.
2. Insert the 5 outer gears and the 1 inner gear into the gear carrier.
3. Insert the gear backings into the outer gears. Apply super glue inside the gear if necessary to attach the backing, but do not get super glue on the outside or any moving surface.
4. Apply super glue to the inside of the inner gear.
5. Attach the rear bar with super glue, being careful not to super glue any moving surfaces.
6. Insert the crank through the hole in the rear bar, where it will mate with the inner gear via super glue. Do not let this super glue spill up into the gear carrier or rear bar, as this will i
