Pushup ring

Recently, I feel a little pain in my wrist when doing push up in regular way, which is put our hand on floor. I want a push up aid, so why not customize my own one. My weight was fine for it won't slide away, but if you want to enhance the power of friction, you can put some rubber under it that 10mm diameter size of hole I made. Or custimize it.The diameter of the wood stick I bought was 30mm, if you're having different size of it, I also uploaded fusion 360 file that you can change model to your own size.
