Hello, this is a submission of a small project of mine.
I've used PVC Pipes as a DIY ventilation system. (German: HT-Rohr; Polokalrohr)
I designed a adjustable vent for a 100mm PVC Pipe T-Piece so you can adjust the airflow to your liking.
It is not advanced by any means, but it does the job. It consists of 3 Parts, the part "Belueftung_Klappe.STL" and "Belueftung_Abdeckung.STL" have to be attached to each other with a M3 bolt and nut. The print, if tolerances are good enough on your 3D printer, should just be press fit into the T-Piece. It is designed for a 100mm DIN PVC (sewer) pipe, so your results may vary if you use it for another type of PVC pipe.
I could imagine you can scale the parts in the slicer up or down to fit the pipe diameter you need, but your milage may vary.
I printed it in PLA, but you can probably use other filaments aswell. It is designed so you don't need supports or fancy print settings.
Note: The design is not extremly sturdy. If you use too m
