This is a simple clamp for 3/4" inch PVC. I made it so that I could put a tee on a length of pipe without cutting the pipe. We used it to make a canopy, with both ends of the pipe supported, so it didn't need to be very strong. Be careful not to overtighten the hardware, but otherwise it's proven strong enough for most purposes.
Use #8-32x1 inch machine screws with nuts. The nuts will fit tightly and should stay locked into the part once you pull them in with a screw. M5-.8x25mm metric screws and nuts should work fine too, but the nuts may not fit tightly in the recesses.
I didn't need supports, brim or raft, and I used PLA. PETG is a little more flexible so would also be a good choice.
